The present invention relates to an automatic teeth arrangement method, which is realized with a computer. The automatic teeth arrangement method includes establishing a teeth image model of a user under orthodontics; selecting an arch line according to a teeth row of a single one jaw of the teeth image model; then defining a facial-axis point on a cheek side of an image of each individual tooth of the single-jaw teeth row; arranging an orthodontic device of the facial-axis point of each tooth on the arch line according to the configuration features of a selected orthodontic device; keeping the image of each individual tooth adjacent to each other so as to achieve an individual tooth image of the single-jaw teeth row for initial arrangement; then arranging cut ends and biting tips of horizontally adjacent individual tooth images; and calculating a gap distance between the individual tooth image and corresponding orthodontic device after positional shifting adjustment. A result of clinic performance of the automatic teeth arrangement does not involve bending of an arch line, and a filler resin thickness may be obtained by means of the gap distance, so that orthodontics operation may be compensated by the filler resin thickness without the need for bending an arch line, thereby facilitating clinic operation and shortening orthodontics schedule.本發明係一種自動排牙方法,其係由一電腦所實現,該自動排牙方法係建立一待矯正者之牙齒影像模型,再依據牙齒影像模型的單顎牙齒排選擇牙弓線,接著於單顎牙齒排的各個單牙影像的頰側定義牙冠參考點,依據選用矯正器之形態特徵,將各牙牙冠參考點上的矯正器依序排列在牙弓線上,並保持各單牙影像鄰接關係,達成初步排列單顎牙齒排的單牙影像,接著再排列左右相鄰之單牙影像的切端及咬頭,並計算位移調整後之單牙影像與對應之矯正器之間的一間隙距離,該自動排牙結果的臨床實現不涉及牙弓線的彎折,且透過間隙距離取得填膠厚度,使得牙齒矯正時可透過填膠厚度的彌補而不需要彎折牙弓線,達到便於臨床操作與縮短矯正時程的效果。
