To improve a holding power of a first seedling picking claw and a second seedling picking claw to the seedlings and prevent complication of a mounting structure.SOLUTION: A seedling pickup device includes: a first claw mounting part and a second claw mounting part reciprocating to the tray receiving the seedlings； a first seedling picking claw supported to the first claw mounting part； a second seedling picking claw supported to the second claw mounting part； a biasing member for biasing a tip interval between the first seedling picking claw and the second seedling picking claw in the direction to be widened； and a pressing member for pressing the first claw mounting part and the second claw mounting part to narrow the tip interval when the first seedling picking claw and the second seedling picking claw move toward the tray. The first seedling picking claw has a first main claw mounted to the first claw mounting part, and a first secondary claw comprising a first rising part rising up from the first main claw and a first secondary rod part extending toward the tip side of the first main claw from the first rising part.
