The present application is directed to poly(orthoester)-based formulations that are effective for the sustained delivery of one or more therapeutic proteins. The formulations additionally maintain the stability and bioactivity (i.e., significantly minimize the degradation and/or aggregation) of the protein contained in the poly(orthoester) matrix during preparation, storage and release.La présente invention concerne des formulations à base de poly(orthoester) qui sont efficaces pour assurer la distribution prolongée d'une ou de plusieurs protéines thérapeutiques.
