The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation of a poorly water soluble drug using a self-microemulsifying drug delivery system. The pharmaceutical formulation is made of nanoparticles solubilized by using the self-microemulsifying drug delivery system, thereby having excellent long-term stability. In addition, the pharmaceutical formulation is not affected by pH, so that a dissolution rate in other digestive organs increases in addition to an effluent of the gastrointestinal digestive fluid level, thereby improving the bioavailability of a drug. Therefore, the pharmaceutical formulation can be usefully used by substituting an existing prototype formulation in which the dissolution rate is significantly different depending on pH conditions.자가미세유화 약물전달시스템을 이용한 난용성 약물의 약학적 제제에 관한 것으로, 상기 약학적 제제는 자가 미세유화 약물전달 시스템을 이용하여 가용화시킨 나노입자로 제조하여 장기 안정성이 우수하고 pH에 영향을 받지 않아, 위장 소화액 수준의 용출액 이외에도 다른 소화 기관에서도 용출률이 향상됨으로써 약물의 생체 이용률을 향상되는 바, pH 조건에 따라 용출률이 현저하게 차이가 나는 기존 시제품 제제를 대체하여 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
