PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a sufficient drag force in a spool having a drag mechanism at the rear.SOLUTION: This spool 4 of a spinning reel is equipped with a spool body 7 and the drag mechanism 8. The spool body 7 is provided with a line winding barrel part 7a having a cylindrical drag housing space 65 in the interior and a front and a rear flange parts 7b and 7c.
