The technology provided herein relates to novel anti-parasitic complexes, in particular recombinant fusion proteins suitable as human and/or animal drugs against a parasite of the phylum Apicomplexa, in particular against Plasmodium falciparum (P. falciparum) comprising at least one component A and at least one component B, characterized in that component A has a binding activity for cellular surface structures presented on the surface of a parasite of the phylum Apicomplexa or for parasitic antigens presented on a parasitized host cell, and component B is a compound having anti-parasitic activity.La présente invention concerne une technologie liée à de nouveaux complexes anti-parasitaires, en particulier des protéines de fusion de recombinaison appropriées en tant que médicaments pour humains et/ou pour animaux contre un parasite du phylum des Apicomplexes, en particulier contre Plasmodium falciparum (P. falciparum) comprenant au moins un composant A et au moins un composant B, caractérisés en ce que le composant A a une activité de liaison pour les structures de surface cellulaire présentées à la surface d'un parasite du phylum des Apicomplexes ou pour des antigènes parasitaires présentés sur une cellule hôte parasitée, le composant B étant un composé ayant une activité anti-parasitaire.
