The present invention relates to a wheelchair-assembled exercise pedal structure and, more specifically, to an exercise pedal structure detachably fastened to a frame body of a wheelchair. The exercise pedal structure comprises: a traveling portion consisting of a bracket having a fixed block on an upper portion, a drive wheel rotationally fastened to the bracket and having a pedal, and a steering portion fastened to the bracket； and a connection portion connecting the frame body of the wheelchair and the traveling portion. The connection portion includes an extension shaft having one end fixed to the fixed block, and a binding portion formed on the other end of the extension shaft and connected to the frame body.
