PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that: there are many people who go on diet to avoid being fat, but it is hard to hold back hunger and not to take meals； in order to solve the problem, various foods of low calorie are on the market, but the price is set to be higher than food stuff on the market； and it is demanded to eat in a limited storage time.SOLUTION: A food paper is taken in food materials of cooking so as to bring an effect of satisfying satiety feeling with a small amount of meals, with respect to a subject and desire of losing weight of people who go on diet to avoid being fat by holding back hunger and not taking meals.
