Systems and methods for providing deeper knee flexion capabilities. In some instances, such systems and methods include an a modular anterior flange that includes a first surface configured to interface with an anterior portion of a distal end of a femur； a second surface configured to articulate against at least one of a patella and a patellar implant； a proximal end； and a distal end, wherein the distal end is configured to interface with a proximal end of an anterior portion of a femoral component that is configured to replace a distal portion of the femur.
