PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, as one subject, a buckling prevention sheet capable of suppressing buckling of an extra fine needle, when puncturing an object by using the extra fine needle, and to provide, as another subject, a puncturing instrument set capable of puncturing an object, while suppressing buckling of the extra fine needle.SOLUTION: A buckling prevention sheet includes a sheet body having a Youngs modulus of 0.007 MPa or higher and 20.0 MPa or lower. The sheet body is arranged on the surface to be punctured of an object, when puncturing the object with an extra fine needle, and the extra fine needle penetrates the inner part.
