For the samples obtained by collecting and processing the leaf blades of plants grown under night-lighting conditions and without night-lighting in an artificial meteorological instrument, the gene expression level is obtained by a genetic analysis method. Further, a plurality of types of pulsed light sources are combined to increase the average color rendering index so that a natural feeling can be obtained as a night illumination device.
