<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement controlling facility for controlling the movement of a creeping animal such as urchin and abalone between the inner and outer spaces of the target area on the sea bottom and provide a part for constructing the facility. <；P>；SOLUTION: The part for constructing a movement controlling facility for creeping animals has a vertically standing barrier part and a box-shaped pocket part protruding from one or both faces of the barrier. The pocket part forms an air-filled space having an opening only at the lower face.
