Disclosed is a device for treating patients by phototherapy, comprising: - a first multiple-use part consisting of a flexible textile structure comprising radiation generators produced by knitting and integrating optical fibres (111), at least one of the ends of which is connected to a light source, the optical fibres being integrated into the stitches of the knitted fabric or positioned in inlays in the knitted fabric, so as to emit light by exceeding their limit bending angle, according to so-called "macro-bending" technology； - a second single-use part (103), removably associated with the first part, intended to come into contact with the treated patient and capable of diffusing, towards the patient, the light emitted by the first part.Ce dispositif pour le traitement de patients par photothérapie, comprend : - une première partie à usage multiple constituée d'une structure textile souple comprenant des générateurs de rayonnement réalisés par tricotage et intégrant des fibres optiques (111), dont au moins l'une des extrémités est connectée à une source de lumière, lesdites fibres optiques étant intégrées dans les mailles du tricot ou positionnées en trames partielles dans le tricot, de telle sorte à émettre de la lumière en raison du dépassement de leur angle de courbure limite, selon la technologie dite du « macro bending »； - une seconde partie à usage unique (103), associée de manière amovible à ladite première partie, destinée à venir au contact du patient traité et apte à diffuser en direction de ce dernier la lumière émise par ladite première partie.
