PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition to express a sufficient and excellent penile erection function by administration of PDE5 inhibitor at low doses with few side effects to a middle or advanced aged person who suffers from erectile dysfunction (ED) and often takes an agent for angina pectoris or a hypotensive agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a pharmaceutical composition containing: phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor and more than one selected from vitamin E, vitamin P, a derivative thereof or salt thereof.
