PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address such a problem that stiffness of a part of a fishing rod where a fishing line guide is disposed increases more than a peripheral-part rod member and not smoothly curved.SOLUTION: The fishing rod includes a plurality of taper-shaped rod members having spread in an angle as it heading from a rod tip to a rod butt, and straight-shaped guide fixing members disposed between the rod members. A difference of changes in flexural stiffness is reduced by adjusting the thickness of the rod members and the guide fixing members.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】釣竿の釣糸ガイドを配置した箇所は、周辺部分の竿杆部分よりも剛性が増加し、スムーズな湾曲状態とはならない。
