An apparatus for treating snoring and sleep apnea is provided. The apparatus for treating snoring and sleep apnea is combined with a soft palate to treat the snoring and sleep apnea by pulling the soft palate to increase stiffness of the soft palate. The apparatus comprises: a pulling unit coupled to the soft palate for pulling the soft palate tissue and a guide unit having an insertion unit for inserting the pulling unit on one side and a drawing unit for pulling out the pulling unit on the other side.
