The present invention relates to a method for vegetating a rock or soil slope surface by using a net hose, and to a vegetation slope system using the same. The method comprises the steps of: deposing a moisture supplying and moisturizing means which continuously contains moisture while actively supply moisture to an infertile land or an area requiring slope reinforcement or slope afforestation； and depositing vegetation seeds. The moisture supplying and moisturizing means is a net hose, in which the outside of the net hose is a porous circular hose and a suctioning unit capable of suctioning external materials is included in the porous circular hose. According to the present invention, moisture is more continuously supplied when a slope is afforested, and rainwater is collected during a rainfall and can be used in moisturizing the slope. Moreover, slope afforestation using wildly growing native plants can also be performed.본 발명은 척박지 또는 사면 보강이나 사면 녹화가 필요한 지역에, 원활한 수분공급을 하면서, 수분을 지속적으로 보유하는 수분공급및보습수단을 포설하는 단계 및 식생종자를 포설하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 수분공급및보습수단은 네트호스로서, 상기 네트호스의 외측은 다공성 원형호스이면서, 상기 다공성 원형호스 내부에는 외부물을 빨아들일 수 있는 흡수부를 가지는 네트호스를 이용한 암반 및 토사 사면의 식생 공법 및 이 공법에 의한 식생 사면 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 사면 녹화 시에 보다 지속적으로 수분을 공급하고, 강우 시에 우수를 집수한 후 이를 이용하여 사면에서 보습할 수 있도록 할 수 있으며, 자생 토종식물을 이용한 사면 녹화를 시공할 수도 있다.
