PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound useful as a new outstanding preventing and/or therapeutic agent of a disease which participates in a cannabinoid 2 type receptor based on an agonist action to the cannabinoid 2 type receptor.SOLUTION: The inventors have examined a compound which has an agonist action to a cannabinoid 2 type receptor, have checked that the 2-ring heterocyclic compound has an excellent agonist action to a cannabinoid 2 type receptor, and have perfected the invention. The 2-ring heterocyclic compound has an agonist action to the cannabinoid 2 type receptor, and can be used as a preventing and/or therapeutic agent of a disease, for example, an inflammatory disease, a sharp pain or the like which participates in the cannabinoid 2 type receptor.【課題】カンナビノイド２型受容体に対するアゴニスト作用に基づく、カンナビノイド２型受容体に関与する疾患の新規かつ優れた予防及び／又は治療剤として有用な化合物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明者らは、カンナビノイド２型受容体に対するアゴニスト作用を有する化合物について検討し、本発明の二環式へテロ環化合物が優れたカンナビノイド２型受容体に対するアゴニスト作用を有する事を確認し、本発明を完成した。本発明の二環式へテロ環化合物は、カンナビノイド２型受容体に対するアゴニスト作用を有し、例えば炎症性疾患、疼痛等のカンナビノイド２型受容体に関与する疾患の予防及び／又は治療剤として使用しうる。【選択図】なし
