PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating-oil composition with which a penetration time for coating oil can be sufficiently shortened.
SOLUTION: The coating-oil composition contains medium chain fatty acid triglyceride and propylene glycol oleic ester. The coating-oil composition is preferably used for production of baked confectionery.
