PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant watering device for appropriately watering plants by changing a scheduled watering day according to the change of atmospheric humidity, requiring a reduced installation area, and having a reduced size.SOLUTION: An evaporation amount from an evaporation sheet attached to an evaporator increases as the atmospheric humidity decreases, and decreases as the atmospheric humidity increases, an ascending amount of a shaft is changed with a change in weight of the evaporator, and a watering start day is changed by the inflow of atmosphere passing from a hole of a bearing side through a notch part in the tip of the shaft.
