PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic body for dental prosthesis facilitating check and positioning of a peripheral direction of the ceramic body for the dental prosthesis with respect to a holding tool of a processing device and, in cutting work, being accurately positioned with respect to the holding tool.SOLUTION: The ceramic body for dental prosthesis is molded into a disk-like external shape having a circular planar shape, has a diameter of 50 mm or more, and includes marks representing a direction of the external shape at parts other than a center on one surface when viewing from the plane direction. Further a projection is formed at least at a part of a peripheral edge of a circular shape with the diameter of 50 mm or more, and a recess for breaking the projection in the peripheral direction is formed, where one or more recesses are formed, and the formed recesses are marks representing the direction of the outer shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】CAD/CAM加工装置の保持具に対して歯科補綴用セラミックス体の周縁方向の確認と位置決めが容易となり、切削加工時に保持具に対して正確に位置決めする事が可能となる歯科補綴用セラミックス体を提供する。【解決手段】歯科補綴用セラミックス体は円形の平面形状で円盤状の外形形状に成形され、50ｍｍ以上の直径を有し、平面方向から見た時に片面上の中心を除く箇所に、外形形状の方向を示す印が設けられている。更に50ｍｍ以上の直径を有する円形部の周縁の少なくとも一部に凸部が形成され、凸部を周縁方向で途切れさせる凹部が形成されていると共に、凹部が少なくとも一箇所以上形成されており、形成された凹部が外形形状の方向を示す印である。【選択図】図１
