PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage forming member by which a passage forming pipe can be easily inserted in an opening of fixture even if the position of the passage forming pipe is shifted.SOLUTION: A passage forming member 60 fitted to fixture 80 including a first opening 81 and a second opening 82 includes: a first passage forming pipe 61 inserted in the first opening 81 and a second passage forming pipe 62 provided side by side with the first passage forming pipe 61 and inserted in the second opening 82. The first passage forming pipe 61 incudes a locking part 77 extending outwards from a part in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface of the first passage forming pipe 61.
