PURPOSE: A fixing member for cutting a joint piece for an alveolar bone transplantation and a method for cutting the joint piece are provided to obtain the joint piece with a desirable thickness by cutting a bone along a cut groove with a scroll saw after the bone is fixed to a fixing frame. CONSTITUTION: A fixing frame(10) firmly supports a bone(60). The fixing frame includes a side plate(12) and a support plate(13) on the rear and both sides of a bottom plate(11). A cut groove(16) is formed in a boundary between the support plate and the side plate. A recess(17) is formed on the inner side of the support plate. A fixing plate(20) is fitted to an incline combination groove(15) of the fixing frame to support the bone.본 발명은 치조골 이식에 사용되는 골절편을 수술과정에서 환자의 신체에서 떼어낸 뼈를 이용하여 수술 중에 간편하게 얇은 절편형태로 절삭하여 사용할 수 있게 함으로서, 자가골(자기뼈)적용으로 인한 치조골 이식의 안정성과 견고성을 좋게 하여, 이식된 치조골에 적용되는 임플란트 식립 등과 같은 치과적 치료가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 환자의 신체로부터 떼어낸 뼈덩어리를 간편하게 적절한 크기로 절삭할 수 있게 한 것으로서, 뼈를 고정하는 고정틀과, 고정틀에 고정된 뼈를 절삭하는 실톱으로 구성되며, 상기 고정틀에는 뼈를 지탱할 수 있는 수단을 구비하여, 뼈덩어리가 고정될 수 있게 하고, 상기한 상태에서 고정틀에 구성된 절삭홈을 따라 실톱으로 절삭하면 얇은 판상의 골절편을 간편하게 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.
