A solid-core nerve scaffold having a built-in degradable metal wire, comprising a scaffold membrane (1) and the degradable metal wire (2) wrapped by the scaffold membrane (1). The scaffold membrane (1) is made of a biodegradable material and provides a three-dimensional gap structure. The degradable metal wire (2) is distributed in the transverse and longitudinal directions of the nerve scaffold. The nerve scaffold not only provides the three-dimensional structure required for neuroregeneration, but also is capable of promoting and guiding neurogenesis, has great mechanical properties, and is biodegradable.
