PURPOSE: An apparatus for ventilating, supplying water and nutrients to roadside trees is provided to prevent blocking of a discharging hole for water and nutrients due to tiny particles including soil and sand. CONSTITUTION: A body unit (120) forms a cylindrical shape by connecting both ends. A first connecting unit (123) is formed on an end of the body unit. A second connecting unit (124) is connected with the first connecting unit in case the body unit makes the cylindrical shape by connecting the both ends. An inlet is formed in the upper side of the body unit to supply water or nutrients. First supply holes (122) are formed in side part of the body unit, which is connected to a hollow. Multiple inflow prevention units (130) are protruded along the circumference of the body unit while being adjacent to the first supply hole. A supply unit (140) is formed adjacently to the inflow prevention units, and a second supply hole (141) is formed connecting to a hollow. The upper part of a drain-pan member (150) is opened, and the width of the drain-pan member becomes narrower being close to the lower part. The drain-pan is combined to the inlet.
