PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the reel seat structure of a fishing rod, which sufficiently exhibits the reel leg fixation function of a movable hood.SOLUTION: The reel seat structure of a fishing rod has a constitution that the movable hood 1 is attached slidably from a reel leg fixation position to a retreat position to a seat base 3 and an adjuster 6 movable in the same direction as that of the movable hood 1 is installed. A locking means for fixing the position of the movable hood 1 is composed of an engaging tooth part 4 formed on the adjuster 6 and a locking piece 1D attached to the movable hood 1.
