PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle-like body pad capable of effectively feeding a medicament to a target skin layer by a simple and inexpensive method.SOLUTION: A needle-like body pad P including a plurality of needle-like parts 12 on one surface of a base part 11 as a base plate, includes a reinforcing layer 5 on a surface in a side where the needle-like parts 12 of the base part 11 are formed, where the base part 11 and the needle-like parts 12 are formed using a medical resin as a material.
