According to one embodiment of the present invention, a sterilizer vaporizer comprises: a cylindrical vaporizer body tube including a first connection port connected to an object accommodation container and a second connection port connected to a vacuum pump； a heating part disposed to surround the vaporizer body tube； a main pipe inserted into the vaporizer body tube； a conductance adjustment part disposed between the vaporizer body tube and the main pipe； and a sterilizer supply pipe connected to a lower side of the vaporizer body tube. The sterilizer supplied through the sterilizer supply pipe evaporates between the vaporizer body tube and the main pipe, moves along the conductance adjustment part, and is discharged to the upper inside of the vaporizer body tube.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 멸균제 기화 장치는, 피처리물 수납 용기에 연결되는 제1 연결 포트 및 진공 펌프에 연결되는 제2 연결포트를 포함하는 원통 형상의 기화기 몸체 튜브； 상기 증발 몸체 튜브를 감싸도록 배치된 가열부； 상기 기화기 몸체 튜브 내부에 삽입되는 메인 파이프； 상기 기화기 몸체 튜브와 상기 메인 파이프 사이에 배치된 컨덕턴스 조절부； 및 상기 기화기 몸체 튜브의 하부 측면에 연결된 멸균제 공급 파이프；를 포함한다. 상기 멸균제 공급 파이프를 통하여 공급된 멸균제는 상기 기화기 몸체 튜브와 상기 메인 파이프 사이에서 증발하여 상기 컨덕턴스 조절부를 따라 이동하여 상기 기화기 몸체 튜브의 내측 상부로 토출된다.
