Vehicle, comprising: a graft entire (or substantially entire) microbiota transplanted untreated and treated fecal flora transplantable full or partial fecal flora graft fecal flora, substantially or completely purified from fecal material that is not a fecal flora graft entire (or substantially entire) cultured microbiota, or graft part, substantially or completely isolated or purified fecal flora obtained by the process comprising: (i) providing an entire (or substantially entire) microbiota, of treated or untreated sample fecal flora, full or part of the sample ary fecal flora fecal flora, substantially or completely purified from fecal material that is not a fecal flora entire (or substantially entire) microbiota cultured, or partially, substantially or completely isolated or purified fecal flora and carrier, and (ii) placing the entire (or substantially entire) microbiota, of treated or untreated sample fecal flora sample of full or partial fecal flora fecal flora, substantially or completely purified from fecal material that is not a fecal flora, whole (or substantially entire) microbiota cultured, or partially, substantially or completely isolated or purified fecal flora in a carrier, wherein the stabilizing agent is trehalose or glycerol are added to or mixed with the entire (or substantially entire) m krobiotoy treated or untreated sample fecal flora pattern of full or partial fecal floras
