The present invention relates to a method for producing a blackhead removing cosmetic composition containing high purity MCT oil, and to a cosmetic composition produced through the same. More specifically, the blackhead removing cosmetic composition contains oil and surfactants, so blackheads can be dissolved and separated from pores by using oil to be easily removed without causing skin irritation. Also, secondary infection is prevented. High purify MCT oil which is safe to skin and is refined from MCT oil containing menthol generated form an industrial process is used, so MCT oil to be discarded is recycled. According to the method of the present invention, blackheads can be easily removed by being dissolved and separated from pores without causing skin irritation. Quasi-skin cell membrane components are contained, so open pores are protected from the outside and secondary infection can be prevented. Thus, the cosmetic composition produced through the method of the present invention is safe to skin. Also, high purity MCT oil refined from MCT oil containing menthol generated from an industrial process is used, so MCT oil to be discarded can be recycled.
