PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying a glucagon-like peptide by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography.SOLUTION: A method for purifying a glucagon-like peptide from a composition comprising the glucagon-like peptide and at least one related impurity, is a reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic process, in which the solvent used for elution is pH-buffered in the range from about pH 4 to about pH 10, and the solvent comprises alcohol in concentration from about 10 to 80% w/w. There are also provided a glucagon-like peptide product isolated by the purification method, and a pharmaceutical composition obtained from drying the glucagon-like peptide and mixing it with a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.【課題】グルカゴン様ペプチドの逆相高速液体クロマトグラフィによる精製方法の提供。【解決手段】グルカゴン様ペプチドを、グルカゴン様ペプチド及び少なくとも１の関連する不純物を含む組成から精製するための逆相高速液体クロマトグラフィプロセスであって、溶出に使用される溶媒が約ｐＨ４～１０の範囲に緩衝化され、前記溶媒がアルコールを約１０～８０％ｗ／ｗの濃度で含むグルカゴン様ペプチドの精製方法、前記精製方法によって単離されたグルカゴン様ペプチド生成物及び前記グルカゴン様ペプチドを乾燥し薬学的に許容される賦形剤と混合した医薬組成物。【選択図】なし
