An aqueous suspension herbicidal composition comprising (a) metazosulfuron and (b) a fatty acid ester having 15 to 22 carbon atoms in a fatty acid portion and 2 to 6 carbon atoms in an alcohol portion. As the fatty acid ester, isobutyl oleate is particularly preferred.
