PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a putty-like curable silicone composition capable of hand malaxation, which shows high light transparency after curing.SOLUTION: Provided is a curable silicone composition comprising: a component (1) which is an organopolysiloxane having at least two unsaturated groups in one molecule a component (2) which is an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two SiH groups in one molecule a component (3) which is a filler and a component (4) which is a catalyst.
