PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data collection speed by a sequential collection method without increasing data collection circuits.SOLUTION: In an X-ray computer tomography apparatus according to the present embodiment, when a medical image is reconfigured in a second mode, a connection switching part connects each of first readout lines and each of second readout lines connected to each of prescribed X-ray detection elements with each data collection circuit, and connects each of the first readout lines connected to each of the X-ray detection elements other than the prescribed X-ray detection elements with each data collection circuit.
