PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for obtaining blood plasma reduction platelet preparation.SOLUTION: Whole blood is taken from a blood donor and introduced into a separation chamber. Platelet is extracted from the separation chamber into a vessel with a surge elutriation or an extrusion method and a blood component left in the separation chamber is returned to the donor. After the steps in which the whole blood is taken out, the whole blood is introduced into the separation chamber, the platelet is extracted from the separation chamber to the vessel and the component left in the chamber is returned to the donor are repeated, the isolated platelet in the vessel is reintroduced into the separation chamber and the blood plasma reduction platelet preparation is extracted from the separation chamber.【課題】血漿低減血小板製剤を得る方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】全血を供血者から引き出し、分離チャンバへ導入する。サージ・エルトリエーション又は押出し手法を用いて血小板を分離チャンバから容器へ抽出し、分離チャンバ内に残された血液成分を供血者に戻す。これらの全血を引き出すステップ、分離チャンバに全血を導入するステップ、分離チャンバから容器へ血小板を抽出するステップ、及びチャンバ内に残された成分を供血者に戻すステップを繰り返した後、容器内の隔離された血小板を分離チャンバへと再導入し、血漿低減血小板製剤を分離チャンバから抽出する。【選択図】図１
