The present invention relates to a method for increasing the growth of leaf vegetables and useful materials using environmental stress. According to an embodiment of the present invention, leaf vegetables are cultivated with treatment of low temperature stress, light stress and complex stress of low temperature and light. As a result, useful materials of stressed leaf vegetables are increased without reduction in the growth. Accordingly, when leaf vegetables are cultivated, leaf vegetables having the high content of useful materials can be obtained through low temperature, light or complex stress treatment of low temperature and light.본 발명은 환경 스트레스를 이용한 엽채류의 생장 및 유용물질 증진 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 실시 예에 따르면, 엽채류를 재배할 때, 저온 스트레스, 광 스트레스 및 저온과 광의 복합 스트레스 처리를 하였다. 그 결과 스트레스 처리된 엽채류는 생장의 감소 없이 유용물질이 증대되는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서, 엽채류를 재배할 때, 저온, 광 또는 저온과 광의 복합 스트레스 처리를 통해서 높은 함량의 융용물질을 갖는 엽채류를 얻을 수 있다.
