PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a composition which has excellent particle dispersibility and is excellent in antibacterial and deodorant properties； a film formed from the composition； a substrate with the film excellent in antibacterial and deodorant properties and a production method thereof； and a wet wiper and a spray.SOLUTION: A composition comprises: inorganic particles； at least one component A selected from the group consisting of nonionic surfactants and nonionic dispersants； and at least one component B selected from the group consisting of inclusion compounds, polyphenolic compounds, anionic surfactants and cationic surfactants. The inorganic particles include silver-supported inorganic particles and copper-supported inorganic particles.
