The present invention relates to a culture medium sterilizing device for sterilizing a culture medium used for mushroom cultivation and, more particularly, to a mushroom culture medium sterilizing device using chlorine dioxide. According to the present invention, chlorine dioxide supply can be performed through a liquid chlorine dioxide supply container and primary external sterilization resulting from chlorine dioxide steam supply can be performed while the culture medium supplied to a hopper is moved through a conveyor. In addition, stirring and internal inoculation of chlorine dioxide can be performed during a movement along a screw, and thus complete culture medium sterilization can be performed. The sterilization can be performed during a continuous movement of the culture medium, and thus the sterilization and disinfection can be performed within a significantly reduced period of time.
