PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wearing article which can increase fitness to a wearer by arranging both end parts in a width direction of a wearing article body and fastening members to follow a body.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 has a wearing article body 2 and a pair of fastening members 40 respectively joined to both end parts in a width direction in the wearing article body. The wearing article body is folded inward in the width direction by using a pair of reference folds FL1 located in the inside of joining parts 44, where the wearing article body and the fastening members are joined, in the width direction as reference points.
