The present invention provides a method of transporting crustaceans by using a transportation container. The method comprises: a step (a) of purchasing crustaceans from a seller or producer and cutting and sorting the crustaceans, and then, stabilizing the crustaceans in the same condition as an inhabitation environment thereof to prepare the insertion of the crustaceans； a step (b) of supplying seawater, purified and sterilized through a water purifier, to a lower transportation water tank； a step (c) of inserting the crustaceans of the step (a) into the transportation water tank of the step (b)； a step (d) of installing a sub crustacean water tank in a cargo room of a crustacean transportation container； a step (e) of inserting the crustaceans of the step (a) into the sub crustacean water tank of the step (d)； and a step (f) of reusing the breeding water in the crustacean transportation container by purifying and spraying the water to the sub water tank through a circulation pumps and transporting the crustaceans. Accordingly, the existing storage capacity of breeding water, which occupies a large area, is able to be reduced while the storage of marine creatures is able to be increased by 30-50%.산지나 매입처에서 갑각류를 매입하여 절식, 선별과정을 거친 후 서식환경과 동일한 환경에서 안정화시켜 갑각류의 입식을 준비하는 단계(가)； 수질정화기로 정화 및 멸균시킨 해수를 하부 수송수조에 공급하는 사육수 공급 단계(나)； 상기 (가)단계의 갑각류를 (나)단계의 하부 수송수조에 입식시키는 단계(다): 갑각류 수송용 컨테이너의 카고룸 내부에 갑각류 보조수조를 설치하는 단계(라)； 상기 (가)단계의 갑각류를 (라) 단계의 갑각류 보조수조로 분리하여 입식시키는 단계(마)； 하부 수송수조의 사육수를 정화 후 순환펌프로 보조수조에 분사시켜 갑각류 수송용 컨테이너 내부에서 재사용하며 갑각류를 수송하는 단계(바)로 이루어진 갑각류 수송용 컨테이너를 이용한 수송방법을 제공함으로써, 기존의 큰 비중을 차지했던 사육수 적재용량을 기존의 양보다 절감시킬 수 있는 한편, 적재할 수 있는 수산생물량이 30-50% 증가되는 효과가 있다.
