COSMETIC USE AS A DEODORANT ACTIVE OF A SILICY MATERIAL OBTAINED BY HYDROLYSIS AND CONDENSATION OF A TETRAALCOXYSILANE AND AN AMINOALKYL TRIALCOXYSILANE
The invention therefore relates to the cosmetic use of a siliceous material obtainable by hydrolysis and condensation in the presence of water, of at least one tetraalkoxysilane of the following formula (I): Si (OR1) 4 ( I) and at least one aminoalkyl trialkoxysilane of the following formula (II): R2Si (OR3) 3 (II) R1 represents a linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl group; R2 denotes a linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated C1-C6 hydrocarbon group, a C3-C5 cyclic hydrocarbon group, or denotes a C6-C9 aryl or C6-C9 aryloxy group; said radicals being substituted by an NH 2 or NHR amino group with R denoting a linear or branched C 1 -C 4 alkyl group; R3 denotes a linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl group; said material being different from a molecularly imprinted polymer. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for treating human body odors, in particular axillary odors and possibly human perspiration, comprising applying to said human keratin materials the said siliceous material or a composition containing it in a cosmetically acceptable medium. The invention also relates to a composition characterized in that it comprises in a cosmetically acceptable medium at least said silicon material and at least one deodorant agent different from said silicon material and / or at least one antiperspirant active.
