An objective of the present invention is to provide an oil-in-water type emulsified composition which is excellent in feeling in use, particularly freshness.The oil-in water type emulsified composition of the present invention has an oil phase and an aqueous phase in which an oil phase is dispersed, and as a dispersant for dispersing the oil phase in the aqueous phase； and comprising: a core-corona type microgel in which a hydrophilic group is partially disposed on the surface of a hydrophobic gel fine particle, and an aqueous phase containing agar microgel having an average particle diameter of 10 to 100 μm.本發明要解決的課題是提供一種使用感尤其水潤性優異的水中油型乳化組成物。本發明的水中油型乳化組成物，係具備油相及分散有油相的水相，並且，做為使前述油相分散於水相的分散劑而含有：在疏水性凝膠微粒子表面部分性地設有親水基的芯-冕型微凝膠，及含平均粒徑為10至100μm的洋菜微凝膠的水相。
