The sachet (1) has flexible plastic films to delimit a substance receiving pouch. The pouch has an opening (4) at one of its ends to fill the empty sachet by a hollow cylindrical needle. The films have a pair of weld lines for forming tabs (7). The tabs penetrate axially and symmetrically into an internal space of the sachet by converging towards interior of the sachet. A value of a gap between the weld lines is equal to (pix d)/ 2, such that the needle passes between the tabs for filling the sachet, where d is a needle diameter value. The tabs ensure scraping of the needle during retraction.
