PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ascertain the result of processing executed during the interruption period of communication even in a case that the communication is interrupted by the unexpected situation.SOLUTION: This medical image processing system includes a server equipped with a processing part and a screen forming part. In the processing part, application for forming or editing a medical image on the basis of the indication from a client is executed and the screen forming part receives the processing result of the application to form a screen to thereby distribute the same to the client. Further, the server is equipped with a cutting detection part, a screen memory part and screen memory control part. The cutting detection part detects that the communication with the client is interrupted and the screen memory control part is constituted so as to store the screen, which is formed during a predetermined first period on the basis of the detection timing of the interruption with the communication, in the screen memory part. A screen regeneration part distributes the screen stored in the screen memory part to the client.【課題】不測の事態により通信が中断された場合においても、通信が中断されていた間に実行された処理の結果を確認することを可能とする。【解決手段】処理部と、画面生成部と、を備えたサーバーを含む医用画像処理システムである。処理部は、クライアントからの指示に基づき医用画像の生成または編集を行うアプリケーションを実行する。画面生成部は、アプリケーションの処理結果を受けて画面を生成しクライアントに配信する。また、サーバーは、切断検知部と、画面記憶部と、画面記憶制御部と、を備える。切断検知部は、クライアントとの通信が中断されたことを検知する。画面記憶制御部は、切断検知部が通信の中断を検知したタイミングを基準として所定の第１の期間に生成された画面を画面記憶部に記憶させる。画面再生部は、画面記憶部に記憶された画面をクライアントに配信する。【選択図】図１
