CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating or preventing vitiligo includes longanae arillus extract as active ingredient. The Longanae Arillus extract is extracted as water, C1-C2 of low class alcohol or a mixture thereof. The C1-C2 of low class alcohol is methanol or ethanol. The Longanae Arillus extract induces the differentiation of melanoblast. The Longanae Arillus extract promotes the migration of the melanoblast. The cosmetic composition for preventing or treating the vitiligo includes the Longanae Arillus extract as active ingredient.
