PURPOSE: A sterilizing device is provided to increase humidity in the device in order to facilitate an optical catalytic reaction.CONSTITUTION: A sterilizing device comprises a device body(200), a photocatalytic element(300), and a light source(400). In the device body, an inlet(I) and outlet(O) are formed. The photocatalytic element is installed inside the device body and is formed by adhering an optical catalyst to a mesh member using an adhesive. The light source is installed inside the device body and irradiates electro magnetic waves to the photocatalytic element.
