PURPOSE: A rhinitis treatment device is provided to film an infected area through a camera module and a doctor diagnose a treatment program based on a picture of the affected area by sending the filmed picture of the affected area using a USB communication port to a computer outside or a mobile device.CONSTITUTION: A rhinitis treatment device comprises a light irradiating unit, a control unit, an inputting unit (40), a display unit (30), a power unit, and a main body. The main body surrounds an external surface of the control unit and the power unit. The light irradiating unit and the display unit, and the inputting unit are equipped on an external surface side of the main body.
