Provided herein are methods of treating cancer using a phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. In certain embodiments, the cancer is follicular lymphoma (FL). In certain embodiments, the PI3K inhibitor is administered on a continuous dosing schedule (CS).
