The present invention relates to a plastic bag easy to open. According to the present invention, the plastic bag comprises: a plastic film forming a storage space； a port at least partially inserted into the plastic film to be welded to the plastic film, and including a moving passage for injecting a material into the storage space or for discharging the material from the storage space； and a cap coupled to the port to act as a stopper for the port. The cap includes: a cover part coupled to the cap； a handle coupled to the other end cover part and extended in one direction； and a connection part connecting between the handle and the cover part, and ruptured by lifting the handle.
