R and R together may form a ring which optionally may be substituted or may contain heteroatoms a pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of compounds of general formula I, including geometrical isomers and/or salts thereof along with a drug and optionally along with a carrier or diluent or pharmaceutically acceptable excipient for treating malaria and toxoplasmosis.
